My name is Bee Kakac, I am the pilot and owner of Samara Drones.
I am from western rural Minnesota and I currently live in Moorhead, Minnesota. I am an activist, a Water Protector, and a Land Back accomplice.

I am a federally licensed drone pilot with five years of flying, filming, and editing experience. I have a BS in Ecology and Evolutionary Biology from Minnesota State University in Moorhead and some GIS training from Fond du Lac Tribal and Community College. So far my drone work has revolved around telling the story of the land and water in northern Minnesota, creating informational videos, and I am currently expanding into more cinematic and artistic uses of my drones and video work.

My goal is to serve the art community with my drone work, uplift Native Sovereignty and Land Back, and continue my climate and social justice activism.
